Drums range from slow to midpaced drumming with some fast parts but not much in the way of blast beats, while the keyboards bring an industrial feel to the music and on some of the other ongs they have a dark and tragic feel to them, as for the bass playing it has a very strong and powerful tone with some classic metal riffing that has a progressive feel at times.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, midpaced to fast riffs that combine influences from thrash, power, groove, and death metal as well as mainstream sounding rock with a good amount of melodic riffing being thrown in, while the lead guiars are very melodic and talented sounding heavy metal guitar leads, as for the accoustic guitars when they are utilized briefly have a tragic feel to it ith somewhat of a classic rock feel.
Vocals which are done by a female are mostly power metal clean singing mixed in with some more raspy thrash singing, death metal growls and gang style back up vocals, while the lyrics cover Inner struggles, darkness, life and death, as for the production it has a v ery professional feel and you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In mu opinion Benedictum are a very good metal band that mixes a variety of styles and if you are looking for something different, you should check out this band. RECEMMONDED TRACKS INCLUDE "At The Gates' "Grind It" "Progidal Sun' and "Sanctuary". RECEMMONDED BUY.
